Austin Wedding Dress

 Austin is a flowy Aline gown with 3D vine appliqué. 

-Color: Champagne lining over Off White lace

-Delivery time is approximately 2 months if you are in the USA. We recommend ordering your dress 6 months before your wedding to ensure you have adequate time for alterations after your dress arrives. We do have rush options available if you are on a tighter timeline. Please email us with the dress you are interested in and your wedding date to inquire.

-Appointments are available to try on our dresses at our store front, Birdie Bridal. We open appointments up every month on the 15th at 3pm for the following month. For example, May appointments will open up on April 15th at 3pm CST. We book up within minutes, so be sure to set your alarm and click the Book Now button in our menu to get an appointment.

-Just like any formalwear, alterations are typically necessary for the dress to fit like a glove

• • -Bridal runs SMALL. You will typically be 2 to 4 sizes larger in bridal than you are in your regular clothing

    -Please measure yourself and compare it to the size chart before ordering. If you are in between sizes, go with your largest size and have the places that are bigger taken in.

  • -At Home Try On: While we do not offer at home try ons, you are welcome to order up to 3 dresses at a time and return the ones you do not want for a 30% restocking fee. Keep in mind that all of our dresses are made to order so the production time of each dress still applies. We will ship your dresses all together once they are all completed.  You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a return label, and drop off your dress at the post office the next business day. For example, if you receive your dress on Friday, you must contact us for a shipping label within 24 hours and ship it back to us by Monday.

    -We accept one exchange per bride for free. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a return label, and drop off your dress at the post office the next business day. For example, if you receive your dress on Friday, you must contact us for a shipping label within 24 hours and ship it back to us by Monday. Please keep in mind that we do not keep all styles and sizes in stock, so we will have to have a dress made for you to exchange it for. Please plan your wedding timeline accordingly as each dress can take up to 3 months to be made, although most of the time it is much quicker!

    -Returns: as of 3/5/2024 we are accepting returns. There is a 30% restocking fee once we receive the dress back in perfect condition. Smoke, smells, pet hair etc will result in the dress being returned back to you for no refund. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a return label, and drop off your dress at the post office the next business days. For example, if you receive your dress on Friday, you must contact us for a return label within 24 hours and ship it back to us by Monday.
